Amberley has 30 bedrooms that sleep 1-5 people in single, double or bunk beds. As we will put no one in a top bunk - most rooms will only take two people though same can take three, and one or two can take four and still not utilise a top bunk.Amberley Bedroom

All linen is supplied and your bed will be freshly made for your arrival with towels etc., supplied for your use.

Some rooms have ensuite bathrooms, with the remainder using communal bathroom facilities - there are several of these on each floor, all with multiple shower and toilet cubicles, so each bedroom is only 2-3 rooms away from a bathroom.

All rooms at Amberley have gorgeous views from the windows of the surrounding countryside or gardens.

Continuous tea and coffee, along with fresh fruit is available at all times in the dining area.  A vending machine in the dining area dispenses soft drink and guests are welcome to bring along their own soft drink and juice if they desire. 

Alcohol is not permitted to be brought in as they do not have a BYO license. You may however, buy it to go with your meals in the dining room.

Bear in mind, Amberley is not a 5 Star hotel, if it was the cost of accomodation would be much higher, and we have tried to keep the costs down for you.   It is a beautiful, but old and quaint mansion set in tranquil gardens amid 20 acres of bushland only 10 mins from the Rosanna shops. The bedrooms and bathroom facilities while modern, are not state of the art.  The sleeping quarters are warm, comfortable and above all clean, private and quiet.

We have four accomodation packages, and these will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Once your selected level of accom has been filled, you will be allocated the next level down.  We have only 3 ensuite rooms available... and of the shared rooms, only 7 have been allocated for single occupancy.  Once they are filled, only shared accomodation is available.

All charges are for Three Days & Three Nights and include linen hire and ALL meals
